The   Ulwazi Mosaic Group   were commissioned to decorate 25 bollards at the new Zwelihle Taxi Rank.

The Overstrand Muicipality has revamped the area and has built some stalls for local businesses. Ivan was tasked with planting the trees.

Zwelihle Design has created a new range of bags – many with a soccer theme – some reversable – TWO bags in ONE.

A selection of this range has been sent down to Stutteheim in the Eastern Cape.

The Canal Walk Foundation has invited crafters to participate in their BALL ART INITIATIVE which is being held in collaboration with the Cape Craft and Design Institute. 30 Products will be selected for display and auction.

_{LIGHT OF HARMONY}

It all begins in the dust streets of Saint Mary’s. Raised by a single mom who gave us life through selling her doilies in the streets of Harare. This was my inspiration for doing my art. Mother Africa is blowing her trumpet ‘the Vuvuzela’ in peaceful tranquillity, to the whole world – to come together and share the Joy and the passion of this beautiful game in Peace and Harmony. That is my Mother’s plea.

‘Light of Harmony’ took me 3 months to create.

The measurements of the work are as follows:
